Where's my order? Let's sort it.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for US orders and 10-20 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the region the items are shipped from, but most orders are received within 5-20 business days.
My order was delivered, but I did not receive it, what do I do next?
Give it 24–48 hours first — carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a day before it actually lands, and it's often with a neighbour or in a safe spot. If it still hasn't turned up after that, email support@nolaninterior.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays, and are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
Noticed your address is wrong?
Email support@nolaninterior.com within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and the corrected address. Once a parcel is in transit we can't redirect it, so the sooner you tell us the better.
Three minutes now, a better fit later
A little prep before your order lands is the difference between something that looks thrown on and something that looks like it belongs there.

Measure once more
Sofas come in awkward shapes and sizes, and sectionals and L-shapes are where it most often goes wrong. Two minutes with a tape now saves an exchange later.
Measuring guide2
Easy to keep clean
Most of our pieces are machine washable – a cold wash with a low tumble keeps them soft and holding their shape.

Let the fabric settle
Lay it out flat when it lands and give it an hour or two. The weave relaxes, falls into shape, and feels the way it's meant to.

“All fit great, do not slip, and are comfortable to sit on. My 2 dogs jump up and sleep on the furniture, but these hold up to all the action.”
Karen M. · Miracle Sofa Cover“I have an awkward L-shape and was sure nothing would work. Measured twice, ordered, and it looks like it came with the sofa.”
Dana R. · Magic Sofa Covers“Washed it three times already. Still soft, still the right shape. That's the part I didn't expect.”
